GMK was a dog (she was Cinderella for a party the night before but her "glass slippers" aka jelly shoes hurt her feet so much she changed her mind for trick-or-treating.) Her preschool class made dog costumes for marching around the school.
AJK was a chicken. She went to a few houses and then hung out at home passing out candy. She kept sneaking candy from our big bowl into her little trick-or-treat bag. She was also frightened by one costume and from there on after, she said, "no no no!" whenever anyone knocked.

love the girls' costumes! yeah, EHK did maybe 4 houses, said she didn't want to trick or treat anymore, and came home. :)
love that GMK changed her mind about her Cinderella costume. she is a wise and practical girl. plus, she is super cute as a dog! little AJK is the cutest little chicken ever!

yes! i totally agree w/ jwk.. totally wise and practical and totally knows herself well enough to make that call. so proud of her! and i can just picture ajk sneaking candy.. so cute!!!!
I remember that chicken costume. they all look so cute. GMK so smart.... choosing comfort over girlie pain! My kind of gal!
i too agree with jwk. absolutely love that she is practical. looks like her friends weren't so. :)
and how adorable and funny is AJK sneaking candy into her own bucket! hilarious.
