New House?

We think we've found our house! We went to see it yesterday and it's exactly what we're looking for. It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Cape Cod 30 minutes southwest of the city. There's a commuter rail within walking distance so KCK can get to work easily. The house was kept up pretty well, so we won't have to do major work right away and, most importantly, it's reasonably priced compared to all the other houses we've seen. So, we put in our offer this morning and should know if the sellers accept it by tomorrow night. I'm so excited... I couldn't fall asleep last night thinking about what colors to paint the walls :)
