VP came to visit again this past weekend. We went to pick apples on Saturday and then made apple pie from scratch. So yummy! It was kind of a cold day so we had to bundle up, but we had a good time picking and taste-testing. GMK especially loved taste-testing those "babbles."
We watched V for Vendetta on Sunday night. Ms. Portman is a really good actress! The movie was very politcally charged, but it was entertaining and the script was good. Highly recommend it.

i liked "V vor Vendetta" also. i was mysteriously drawn to the V character. he's kinda spooky, but at the same time likable. i especially started to like him when he made natalie portman's character an "egg in a frame" for breakfast. yum!

Cute picture! I thought Natalie Portman was a good actress too, that is until I saw her in Star Wars. I'll have to watch "V" and see if she's redeemed herself :).
jsk, she definitely redeemed herself in this movie. as well as in "garden state."
c and i were pleasantly surprised about this movie. it was really great. i really liked the fact that there was more to it than just the action. made me think about our current state of affairs.
