Here's GMK getting a haircut. At first, daddy took her to just a regular barber shop (where he used to get his hair cut,) and I guess she would have nothing to do with it. "No, not that one!" she said, "Different one!"
"You want to go to Snip Its?" asks daddy.
"Yes!" says the girl who knows exactly what she wants.
Apparently, she was very cooperative. Afterwards, she got to get some hot apple cider and decorate her own cupcake at the local supermarket. And then daddy bought her a Slinky. She calls it a "stinky."
As we watched some football last night, she decided to pretend to give me, daddy, and teddy bear haircuts. She got everything down, from the smock in the beginnning, to the neck wipe-down at the end.

I love the picture! In several yrs, she'll be, "Uh, like, no Supercuts Daddy. Take me to Newbury St!" heh-heh. Can't wait to see Daddy handle that one.

oh my~ she is so cute~ who does she take after, such forthrightness? i love it. can't believe that little one i saw at BI just a while ago has become such a girl already. amazing... hope we'll get to meet the other little girl soon~
